The Kalaydjian Foundation is a non-profit benevolent organisation set up in 1984 with the purpose of helping disadvantaged and needy members of society, with a major focus being on the Armenian community in Cyprus.
The Kalaydjian Foundation is registered in the Republic of Cyprus as a philanthropic organisation.
The Kalaydjian Foundation was founded in 1984 by brothers Bedros and Aram Kalaydjian, in Larnaca.

The Kalaydjian Foundation currently addresses two main areas of philanthropy:
The first is the operation of the Kalaydjian Rest Home for the Elderly, which it opened in 1988 in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Kalaydjian Rest Home was built by brothers Bedros and Aram Kalaydjian in memory of their parents Roupen and Marie.
It comprises 22 rooms with private bathrooms and has a capacity for a total of 40 people. Its facilities include dining rooms, spacious sitting rooms with libraries and satellite television, an open-air courtyard and a specially-built chapel to address the residents' spiritual needs.
